Bachelor of Social Work

The Bachelor of Social Work is a 4-year full-time undergraduate program offered at ACAP's Sydney campus. The program prepares students for professional social work practice, covering key areas including social work theory, human behaviour, social policy, community development, and social justice. Students gain practical skills through supervised fieldwork placements in community organisations, government agencies, and healthcare settings. The program is designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to work with individuals, families, and communities. Graduates are eligible to apply for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). The program is AQF Level 7 accredited and is open to international students.
